Fantastic experience: A fantastic well equipped friendly gym, that is family run, very welcoming and cares about showing their clients a better way to fitness. Max is a brilliant trainer, very enthusiastic and able to adapt every exercise to suit the individuals needs. I have now been training here now for two and a half months, I am four kilos lighter and would recommend La Palestra 100%.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful gym I can't recommend highly enough. Sparkling clean, well equipped and professional, experienced and supportive trainers. This is a family business and you can tell, because the staff really care about making everyone's gym experience worthwhile. The classes are excellent, in 30min you can get a fantastic workout and they are always happy to adjust an exercise to any issues you might have.

This is only my 2nd gym I've ever used and having had a negative experience at the last one I was somewhat cautious about joining another one. I have absolutely nothing but praise for this small and very welcoming gym. The team are very friendly and always available to give some guidance and support. I recommend this gym very highly

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing home sessions with max over lockdown. We communicate over zoom and he creates fitness programs for me and gives me healthier alternatives to eat. I’ve really enjoyed his workouts. He’s made really good fitness programs to improve my fitness and help me achieve my fitness goals. He has given helpful information about nutrition and how to do the exercises properly to avoid injury. Max is really helpful and supportive, I can contact him anytime with any queries. I can’t wait for the gym to be open so I can do a session in person ☺️

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. I was using this gym when it first opened and will continue to use it when they re open. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. The owner, Max is very helpful, giving me little tips and tricks on how to achieve my goal.

Fantastic experience: This is a small, well-equipped gym with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All of the equipment is brand new and high quality. The place is kept spotless by Max and he or someone else is always on hand to assist with anything. It is a pleasure to use.

Fantastic experience: I live in the local area and we don't have any gyms close to where I live that is with in walking distance so I was very exited to see this place advertising that it was opening up! On the first day of it opening, I pop in to find out about how much the membership would cost and what this gym would offer. I was greeted by the owner max who was very helpful and friendly and explained everything to ume, just before the lockdown I signed up for a membership and stared using the gym, I'm very pleased on how clean and tidy the gym is kept and how friendly and helpful the staff are, the membership fee isn't to much and it is within in walking distance for anyone around the area and if not there is parking available and you can park there for 3 hours
