Fantastic experience: Well-equipped gym with modern machines, diverse classes, friendly staff, and clean facilities.

Fantastic experience: Love the place been going for 2 years now greater community and great equipment

Negative experience: Was a decent gym but in the past year it's filled with teenagers who have zero etiquette and spend 15 mins on their phone between sets. That paired with the raise in prices its not worth it unless you like a gym with a highschool playground vibe or like your workouts taking longer than they should. Its honestly a shame given how decent it was before

Positive experience: Great equipment. Good music. Gym's cold though as no front door but if you're OK with warming up on the treadmill before your weights which I am it's fine. Would've been a 5 but the cleaner sprays chemical spray in the air around us all when we are working out and panting as you do. The spray bottle says not to inhale. You are supposed to spray closely or into a rag. I have asked him not to do this as it's mal practice but he carries on. Other gyms aren't spraying chemicals into the air.

Positive experience: Very good gym well organised but it is quite small and can get very crowded

Fantastic experience: Decided to stop in to train whilst I was in the area for work, I was immediately welcomed and shown around the small but well laid and impressively kitted out space. Good variety of kit both machine and free weights alike. Friendly helpful staff and members. I highly recommend popping in to train if you're local or just passing through Worcester.
