Fantastic experience: Fantastic venue for a spa gateway. The staff are very helpful and kind. The spa treatments provided are outstanding! We've had an issue with our booking and the Spa Manager Gaby was amazing with rearranging the treatments for us. Fantastic customer service 5*. Highly recommend! I will definitely be back myself for a retreat :-)

Positive experience: Very disappointing it's an expensive membership. Lockers broken inadequate changing rooms. Floors need more than a clean in the morning

Fantastic experience: This is my local health spa and the services are great. Nice clean facilities, the staff are super friendly and the pool, sauna and steam room are great. Haven’t used the gym yet as my kids always want to swim. All in all, just a lovely place
