Fantastic experience: My two boys go to kids CrossFit and they love it. It's a great way for them to burn off some energy, while learning new skills

Fantastic experience: I attended a session last Monday as a beginner, the coach Mac was very welcoming and walked me through all the steps with a high level of knowledge and a great ability to teach. All of the members attending were friendly and helpful too! Thanks for a great introduction to CrossFit, I’ll look forward to popping in again when I can! ✨

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner came in for a drop in session this week as travelling for work - Charlie was very welcoming and the whole group had a typical friendly CrossFit Vibe! Fun WOD and programming too. Would recommend
