Fantastic experience: Really good gym with tons of free weights, strength training machines and a separate cardio area. There is a cafe downstairs that sells healthy meals and carb loading meals if you get hungry. The staff and clientelle are friendly - I want to echo one of the other reviews - best gym in the area, hands down.
