Fantastic experience: I loved the integration of machines with theLive Fitness Application. All the workouts can be logged on this one application. It makes life so much better. Also love how treadmill data can be automatically logged by just scanning the code on display.

Fantastic experience: This gym is exactly what everyone needs, around 7am you can use any machine you want, it is nice and quiet, has everything you need, enough squat racks, bench press, chest machines, kettle bells, boxing bag, sled you name it it’s got it, really good gym!

Positive experience: This GYM has everything you need. It has really good equipment shame it has no sauna, but this was value for money 24 hour Gym.

Positive experience: Took our son to the toddler soft play area today. Unfortunately, they do not stop older kids from accessing the toddler area which is super annoying. Guess it down to the parents as there's no reason for older kids to enter the toddler part as they have a much bigger area on the upper level. Place could be a bit cleaner too. Some parents also wore shoes into the soft play bit.

Positive experience: Always rammed and the finger print doesn't work properly

Positive experience: Decent gym with some major flaws. If you're planning on doing heavy squats on the Smith machines, you'll see no mirrors nearby. There's also a strange angle in direction on them making some exercises not great. The running track takes up so much space you feel cramped downstairs. On a positive note there's a good selection of weights and cardio. They are always maintained so that's always good. I just wish they would listen to the community instead of just pushing ideas away. This was something I raised years ago. 6/10

Positive experience: They have bought brand new equipment last December and the gym looks good. For the money they charge it's pretty good. One of the few gyms I know where they have indoors running track. Their IT system is buggy and dysfunctional. Registration is big problem. That's why giving 4 not 5 stars

Positive experience: Love itrain cos it's open 24hrs, the temp is just right if anyone complains the air conditioning is too cold then they not working hard enough. One rowing machine upstairs has been out of order for a long time, i have complained for many months that the chain is slipping.

Fantastic experience: I like this gym because it is a 24 hour gym and at the times that i go it us usually very quiet. Staff are friendly and there is a good selection of machines to use.

Negative experience: Bought a day pass, gym aircon was so cold it felt like I was training inside a fridge, ended up cutting my workout short and leaving, emailed for a refund and was never replied to. Also at first glance the equipment looks good but it’s actually poorly designed with no thought in to body mechanics and with limited range of motion.

Negative experience: Staff approach you in a hostile manner like you're a little child shouting and then when you responde the same way you get approached they say youre "aggressive ". Sorry but you treat people how you expect to be treated and if you are representing itrain as a staff member you should approach and speak to customers with respect and act professional . After the incident had happened I was allowed back in the gym the next day and the day after that only to be told 5 days later by telephone that a decision had been made to cancel my membership . I had been going there for 2 years and also got family members to join and have never had any problems what so ever . But 1 staff member brings problems from home or is in a bad mood for whatever reason approaches customers in a hostile manner then i react and get my membership canceled . What an absalute joke . Keep up with the 1 star customer service there deffinately heading the right way . I deffinately would not join there and I'm glad it's come to this I've joined at the village In hyde which is not very far from itrain but the facilities are much better I.e swimming pool , jacuzzi, steam room , sauna , better weights and not to mention staff that actually want to be in work and treat how they would like to be treated .

Fantastic experience: Over the past 10 years I have been to many different gyms! By far this gym is the best gym I have been to. The staff including the Pt.'s are very nice and easy to get along with they are hardworking and efficient in what they do. The lad who looks after the gym in the early morning shift (6:30 am) does a brilliant job constantly cleaning the place down and putting the weights back to where they should be going. The manager is brilliant in sorting any membership issues and the people who attend this gym are just great people. Cannot fault this gym in any way, plenty of parking space showers are clean, the gym equipment is clean! Keep up the great work everyone!

Positive experience: The bike shed is a handy feature, but they recently got rid of the boxing stuff which is dissapointing. Also, the fingerprint scanners mess up sometimes. Last time i went, it kept going green and would not ket me out after 5 tries so i had to use tge fire door which set the alarms off

Positive experience: Reasonable membership fee, given it's 24 hours. But at peak times is very crowded, and can struggle to get on certain equipment, as there aren't enough of certain types (i.e only 3 squat racks)

Negative experience: Great gym but please dont use it for work experience. My daughter studying sports at college and just spent a week there. All she has done is cleaned and used the coffee machine. They did show her how to use the equipment and she took part in one Class but unfortunately missed another Class due to more cleaning. When she questioned cleaning again she was simply told everyone has to do it. She isnt afraid of hard work but has wasted a week away from college and achieved nothing other than to be used as a cleaner. I dont think it's the trainers fault they haven't been given the relevant guidance to teach students about the job, nor did they have the time so shouldn't have taken on students
