Negative experience: Avoid. They require direct debit set-up and when you leave and cancel said DD they continue to take payment each month. Forced to get the bank involved who reversed 4 of the payments but were unable to act on any past 120 days. Went in and also sent multiple emails to Sarah who runs it but, lo and behold, no reply. Sarah prefers to keep money that she has wrongly taken from you and then ignore you/pretend to be out when you pull her up on it. With all the decent mma clubs out there, don't give your money to this one.

Negative experience: Would not recommend the kids boxing class. the instructor is NOT child friendly at all. Shouting at kids is not appropiate. after class he came home crying.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with a friendly atmosphere Classes are spot on and there is a really mixed level of people at them and there's loads of them every day Coaches are fantastic they are professional they push you and teach you the right way to train The weight traing area has loads off gear the gym it's self is massive with 2 rooms loads of heavy bags a water bag and plenty of pads and it's always clean It has a 2 showers in the men's 1 in the ladies and a sauna is baking hot
