Fantastic experience: When I joined the zone 18 months ago, I thought it would just be a place where I’d go and do my own workout and leave, but it’s turned out to be much more than that. The facilities and equipment are excellent, but what sets this place apart is its sense of community and its people who are now friends.

Fantastic experience: I love The Zone! I have been a member for a number of years now & feel very proud to be part of such a wonderful community! I love the friendly, non judgemental atmosphere. The classes are fantastic and cater for all ages and abilities! All of the staff there are lovely and very helpful should you need support or guidance. A wonderful gym with a great ethos!

Fantastic experience: A circuit session is never the same, and to be feared!!! Love Zone - Since joining Zone Gaz & the Team continue to make it a better place to be, they have added on 4 new extensions and a lovely coffee and reception area. The team are always really friendly. Well done everyone

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! I do mostly classes and these are always varied and really good fun. When I do use the gym it’s really spacious any there’s plenty of equipment for everyone! Whether you’re starting out or at an advance level there’s something for everyone

Fantastic experience: I have been to many gyms but nothing like The Zone. There are no egos just friendly people all there to support and encourage each others progression. The coaching team are all amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve been going to The Zone for over 2 years now and it is the best investment I have made for myself. Whether it be the classes or gym floor there is something for everyone. I would recommend you give it a try as you won’t look back! It’s not just a gym but friends and family!

Fantastic experience: Been at the zone now just over 8 months as soon as I arrived I noticed how everyone was so friendly and willing to help. Gaz even put a hook up in the main hall for me to hang my bag up it's a very relaxed atmosphere in the gym and the place is spotless

Fantastic experience: Joined up earlier this year due to working close by. I've been in and out of gyms for years, never really sticking to it for more than 3 months in any of them, due to my own motivation mainly. But the classes at the zone have really helped push me into a proper routine! Easy to book on, everything explained well and simply by all the coaches (Rob, Boothy and Gaz) the other people taking part are welcoming , which then makes you just as welcoming to any new comers. Now I do 3 to 4 classes followed by a gym session every week

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The coaches are always willing to help - they’re friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I joined wanting to get a bit fitter, but I’ve stayed as the experience they create at Zone changes your mindset and ultimately your lifestyle - which is so important, and makes it really addictive!!! It’s now 100% one of my happy places - I couldn’t recommend it more. And for any newbies, the transformation classes are perfect… that’s how I started and it gives you all the confidence you need to progress the way you want to.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, great mix of ability with everyone supporting each other. Great mix of amazing coaches too with an excellent mix of classes so would suit whatever your fitness goals are. The owners are lovely always trying to better the facilities & meet the customers needs even though they are already brilliant!

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve used. The owners have created a great culture and friendly environment in a spacious well equipped place to work out. Owners and coaches take interest in what you are doing and are happy to offer advice when it’s needed. A superb gym!

Fantastic experience: Love the Zone. We are only off peak members who try, try being the operative word, to go three times a week, so busy being retired. When we do go the staff are brilliant and almost everyone will say hello , wait patiently for a pensioner to finish with equipment and generally make for a great experience. It's not a fashion parade and there are not loads of people grunting and groaning and crashing weights around the place. suits us down to the ground. Currently nursing a busted collar bone but rather than use this as an excuse I'm still going because I love it.

Fantastic experience: If you would ever said to me 10 years ago that I would get up every morning, 5 days a week to go to the gym I would say you were mad. But I do. The reason I am still doing it though as much as it is an excellent gym, itis the people in it. The coaches are full of encouragement, always there for a bit off advice if needed, some new friendships that now go outside the gym have been made, great classes for every level and just a pleasnant place to be.As Carlsberg would say for those who would remember it...Probably the best gym in the world

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym that I’ve ever joined! I’ve been a member for about 9/10 years and I’ve encouraged many friends to join who certainly have never regretted it. I absolutely love each and every session I attend. The vibe is amazing, full of supportive friendly staff who go out of their way to help you whether that’s in classes or in the main gym itself. I feel truly at home here. Often come in at lunchtime to do strength training and love how peaceful it is whilst maintaining that all important good vibe! What an amazing place with brilliant, modern and clean equipment and plenty of room to work out.

Fantastic experience: Zone is a fabulous place to train with multiple classes to suit everyone, the gym has the latest equipment and machines. The instructors are great and always willing to give advice. Ive met some fantastic people since joining Zone, i would highly recommend anyone to give it a go if you like cardio classes or weight training, running or pushing a prowler, they can also give you dietary and nutrition advice.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of the Zone for around two years now, over the time I have been there it has been expanded and improved which looks fantastic. I don't really use the main gym as I absolutely love the classes, having been to around 300+ of them. All of the instructors are fantastic and bring their own personalities and ideas to the circuits. Classes are as challenging as you want them to be and never boring, I always feel eager to push myself further. There is a real sense of community, especially in classes, it feels inclusive and I love the friendly sense of cooperation and competition. As somebody who spent most of their adult life resenting exercise, places like the Zone have completely changed my attitude. I actually look forward to coming despite it being gruelling, consequently I'm in the best shape I have ever been. Cheers guys!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing gym… I cannot speak highly enough of the trainers at the Zone. They make it feel like a big family. Always happy to help with any questions or training plans. The standard of the classes is fantastic and the variety is vast. There are two floors full with plenty of machines, equipment and studio space. I have made some lifelong friends here which motivates me even more to be there regularly at 6am.. It is both the people and atmosphere in this gym that has made a huge impact in my life and I will be forever thankful to be a part of it :)

Fantastic experience: The Zone is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff are so down to earth and friendly, and they are more than willing to help and support with anything you are struggling with. The range of classes is vast with many different schedule times to suit all, and the music is always brilliant too! The gym equipnent is plentiful and there is space wherever you go, whether you want to do your own body weight exercises or use the machines. I have always had a fear of gym machines in the past but at the Zone i’ve been made to feel so comfortable. So glad I have found it! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of The Zone since 2020. Since I joined I have always found the coaches to be so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The classes are always challenging and so varied - I don’t think I’ve ever done the same workout twice! What makes The Zone standout is that it’s like a family. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I’ve made so many great friends. It’s not all about exercise- we have regular social events too which is a great opportunity to get to know members. I would definitely recommend joining.

Fantastic experience: 8 Week ago i decided to leave David Lloyd Cheshire Oaks where i had been a member for 6 years and move to Zone in Neston, partly because of the location, partly because of the online reviews and word out mouth, partly because i was fed up with the corporate brainwashed staff trying to sell you anything type of gym leading to a lack of motivation. Now, after having tried Zone, I cannot emphasis how good it is. If you are serious about fitness, serious about joining a supportive gym, one that motivates you, one that you are desperate to go to as often as you can, one where all the trainers are helpful and motivating all the time, one that doesn't try to up sell thing you don't want or need, then try Zone. Its simply fantastic. The classes are delivered to a high standard each and every time, aimed at all level of fitness and goals, no one feels excluded or overwhelmed. Best fitness decision i've made in a long time.

Fantastic experience: Started in preparation for a Hop Replacement. Due to motivation from Gaz and the Team added strength and lost weight. This helped with post op recovery and back in the gym 8 weeks later.

Fantastic experience: The staff there are really helpful and friendly. Equipment not always brand new and doesn't have everything, but pretty much has what you need and it's a great atmosphere. Loads of great and varied classes too.
