Positive experience: joined the gym at beginning of the year at the old place, good wee gym,different from the big " brand" gyms, it's more 1-1 with the gym instructors and the more experienced gym users like to help out novices, the new gym has now opened and it's excellent, Tony and his team have provided an excellent training facility for both beginners and the more experienced gym user, can't fault it
