Positive experience: Great gym, great staff, Good equipment, only thing, there isn't enough staff, I went in with my dad not so long ago for him to get a day pass and stood there for 15-20 mins and nobody came but otherwise a great gym!

Fantastic experience: Went here for my cardiac rehabilitation the staff are lovely and welcoming the showers and changing rooms are spotless and the equipment is clean too you have sanitizer to use on the machines and anything you need just ask they're happy to help you

Negative experience: Nice cafe, recently found a single female member of staff inexplicably hostile towards me, despite me being pleasant. If this attitude from this member of staff continues I may take my business elsewhere. I certainly don't appreciate being treated rudely when all I did was ask politely for a coffee. Other than this one member of staff I would say that the cafe is nice and the rest of the staff are hard working, pleasant and welcoming. It's a shame how a single member of staff can colour ones experiences so efficiently, but there you have it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. PT's are all extremely knowledgeable and always help with advice and encouragement. No ego's in the gym either, everyone is friendly. Wide range of classes and equipment is first rate. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great place, 2 large floors. Lots of cardio machines, resistance machines (both cable and weight plate variants) and free weights/olympic barbells/adjustable benches. Lots of pulley machines. Nice outdoor area with tractor tyres, barbells and climbing ropes. Staff are super friendly, people are pretty friendly also. Never any trouble. Variety of shapes and sizes of people in there, good to know if you're self conscious, really everyone's just there to focus in what they're doing Spin and class rooms you can use freely providing there's no classes in operation, extra equipment in there like battle ropes Never usually any trouble getting on the machines you want as it's never really super busy (on average there's about 5-8 people in there after 5pm) Cafe looks awesome, not been in there yet but they do a load of pre-post shakes, oh and on Thurs-Sat they run a takeaway service with international foods like curry, ramen etc.. smells so good!!! Open til 9pm on most weekdays, but like 4pm on weekends which isn't a major problem because it's pretty quiet in the day

Fantastic experience: The Creazione Wellness center with Katie was lovely. I especially enjoyed the Balance class on Thursday. Katie was lovely really kind, relaxing and helped me enjoy the class. I cant say I have ever enjoyed an exercise class before as I always felt intimidated but Katie was very welcoming. Looking forward to the following weeks

Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly staff. Recently refurbished to include a new Wellness Studio. I thoroughly enjoyed the new classes last week - Fahrenheit and Advanced Pilates - taught by a very experienced teacher, Katie Leigh Rees. The cafe has also been refurbished to include extra outdoor seating for Covid safety
