Fantastic experience: If you’re in south Wales round the valleys and you looking for a gym to go to this is the place to go. The staff are really welcoming, the equipment and the space is amazing not forgetting the hygiene level and the cleanliness is right up there. I left some stuff while I was doing my workout at PA fitness, they went out their way to make sure I got my stuff back. Overall one of the best gym in south Wales .

Positive experience: A very decent gym. It feels clean, well stocked, and nicely maintained. The hygiene protocols are first rate, I generally felt very safe. The only downsides are a limited schedule of classes, which weren't listed in the website, so it's difficult to find, and the lockers are effectively non-existent. There were a few in the men's changing room, but none seemed to have keys. I'd suggest installing a bank of them somewhere. Overall, I'll be coming back but would happier with a better locker system, more classes, (especially before work, around 7 and 8), and would be over the moon if a single gym in Caerphilly would start a decent martial arts offering.
Fantastic experience: Best gym not only in wales but the uk as a whole, amazing staff, trainers and members. My confidence in fitness grew massively thanks to the world class coaches that PA offer. If you are thinking about joining a gym in this area, PA is by far the best around

Fantastic experience: Heard loads about this gym so I decided to be a member, staff are so friendly and the gym its self got all the toys you need to train. Class are really good got loads to pick from, would 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fresh start somewhere different

Fantastic experience: Fab gym and community! you're supported to advance in whatever your goals are, be that the barbell sports, crossfit, bodybuilding, strongman, sport specific training, injury rehabilitation or just to keep on top of general fitness.(there's a programme for every goal) The coaches are well educated, polite, supportive and great fun. You never need to wait for equipment and you're never afraid to ask questions. Everyone needs to exercise and in my opinion everyone needs somewhere like PA!
