Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, no posers or people recording themselves, just folk in to get a work out done then out, plenty of PTs to choose from if you need coaching, they also have a on site physio called luke, I hurt my shoulder and he worked out for me. Clean tidy gym, fantastic staff. I enjoy going here 3-4 times a week

Positive experience: The gym is a bit old school with absolutely manual weight machines, some are a bit broken but do the job well. The fact that it is open 24/7 is helpful. Staff is helpful enough. Toilets are a bit unkempt, can be improved.

Fantastic experience: 24 hour gym, well maintained, cleaned regularly by staff and also the members wiping down equipment. The owner is very helpful and always on the other end if you have any enquiries.
