Fantastic experience: Courteous staff and the gym is adequately equipped. There is a nice hideout downstairs as well. The subscription is also very manageable

Positive experience: For £30 a month, you can't go wrong. There's lots of equipment in there that is free for any member to use. However, there are a few broken or 'out of order' pieces of equipment but I've only been a member for a month now. So I trust that the owner of the gym is just waiting on parts. There's lots of ways to arrange PT sessions, and the staff are really approachable and friendly. All in all a really good gym at a reasonable price.

Negative experience: The only reason I am giving one star is because for a start it won’t let me give zero, and the equipment is decent. However, the management is absolutely disgraceful. From beginning to end, I am disappointed in how this gym is run. The staff allow 24/7 access to friends but advertises that this is not an option, they do not respond to messages on any platform, I cancelled my membership 4 months ago and have been charged every month since. Obviously I did not realise, and I trusted that they had the competence to cancel my direct debit. I message and FINALLY after waiting for a response they suggest I am lying; I provide proof and they assure me it will get sorted. I am still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. I message again, they read and ignore. Again, read and ignored. Absolutely disgusting when I’m out of pocket by almost £100. The 30 day cancellation notice was a joke in the first place, and now I can’t even trust them to get my money back. This gym has brilliant equipment and a great atmosphere, it’s a shame that the management is so poor because it really brings it down.

Fantastic experience: I Have been going to this gym for over a year now and in all honesty this is the best gym ive ever been to, good facilities very clean great value for money and the boss Jimmy he is amazing staff are very friendly and helpful very welcoming especially PT Dan! Great atmosphere I love going to this gym..... Dan is a brillient personal trainer hes easy to get a long with he makes my sessions fun, hes very supportive and knows how to push you with a plan tailed just for you, his advice on nutrition and general health is really useful i cant reccomend him enough he is the best PT ever thank you Dan for all your hardwork!

Fantastic experience: After visiting Evolution Gym to do PT’s with Dan. I decided to take the plunge as join the gym full time. I was nervous as joining a gym is daunting especially for someone who’s just getting into the swing of exercising regular. Jimmy, Min, Dan, Luke and all the other guys are so friendly and welcoming, happy to help whenever you need it. All machines are labelled correctly as a newbie to get used to what I am doing. The gym accommodates all fitness levels which is what I love about it. I know it’s early days but I don’t feel like a newbie anymore due to how friendly people are and they make you feel super welcome. If you are thinking of joining a new gym now or in the New year, evolution is the one! Tegan x
