Positive experience: Gym is decent could do with new bench as one is broken ,heavy bag was broken and not fixed for about 5 weeks so abit disappointing ,

Positive experience: Just recently joined this gym so early days yet, but so far so good. Nice and spacious with plenty of new and modern equipment. Fab staff also sports massage sun beds and a few other bits there. The only thing that I do find is that it’s very cold inside and I think the music could be a bit louder.

Fantastic experience: Been wanting to loose weight for a long time and was to nervous to go to a gym, so I started here with a mate and I have never felt better, I struggle with anxiety in places full of people but this gym doesn't make me feel like that, it's friendly, welcoming and has all the equipment you could need. The way the gym is spaced out is really good too as if like me you don't like being around to many people you can work out easily on your own. The owners are friendly and very helpful too.

Fantastic experience: This is my second month attending this gym. As a bigger girl who suffers quite badly with my mental health, I always feel judged walking into a gym, but it is completely different here. The staff are amazing and treat you just like everyone else and you don't feel judged at all. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The gym is so relaxed and there are alot of people there with my body type which put me at ease straight away. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone especially to those who are very self conscious as those worries leave you as soon as you enter here.

Classes are great, a great mix of people of all abilities., The instructors are fab, and have personally helped me gain a lot of knowledge and motivation, and helped me along with my training plan. Fantastic experience: I live in Cardiff but make the 25mins drive three times a week as it is by far this most friendly and welcoming gym around. With such a wide open space never having to wait for equipment as they are fully stocked is always a plus. I have recently started there morning classes spin, circuits and kettlebells. Fantastic experience: I've been attending Evolution for 2 months now and it's definitely gave me back my gym bug! I've been to multiple gyms and to be fair this is the only one I feel 100% comfortable in going to. If your put off from previous gyms, then I would suggest giving this place a go! Nice atmosphere, Clean & Spacious with a good choice of equipment and plenty of classes.
