Fantastic experience: The best gym around!! The whole team at the rep room are so motivating and invested in everyone who joins, it’s a community. It feels complete different to your usual gym. They offer so many different classes which absolutely anyone can do! The knowledge I have gained from the classes I have used in my own sessions and managed to feel 100x better in myself. I will never go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: The most welcoming gym with the most lovely people. If you are looking for gyms and are a beginner, this is the best place for you. Never too busy so you can always use the machines you want and those that use the gym are so lovely as well. Charlotte and her team are the best, for the first time i actually look forward to going to the gym and it’s all thanks to them for making me feel so comfortable there☺️

Fantastic experience: I was in town from Texas, USA visiting family and reached out to the REP Room about dropping in for some classes. Charlotte was prompt in responding to my messages and providing different options. Loved the 615am classes (wished there was early ones every day ! ) and loved the Saturday circuit class. Thank you to Nikki and D for being so friendly. Thank you to both the trainers for making me feel so welcome and for the challenging workouts. Wish I lived closer but will be back on my next visit. This is the second visit I have been to REP Room. Highly recommend it !

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing little gym with the friendliest people. I was looking for somewhere to help me get back into shape after having my second baby and found that there were so few options for mums with babies. This place runs a mums and babies class 5 times a week. It's a proper workout for mums at all levels. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming. The workouts are fun and varied and the staff are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Since going to the Rep Room Gym, I’ve gained so much more confidence in the gym, something I’ve always struggled with. They make you feel so comfortable but yet they push you to work hard! I never thought I would say that I actually enjoy the gym now thanks to the Rep Room. And what a bonus I can bring my baby along with me! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined The Rep Room, specifically the mum and baby classes and have been made to feel very welcome by all the staff and ladies! The team are extremely knowledgable, supportive and friendly, especially Charlotte and Becky! Classes are very varied and suitable for all levels! Me and my baby love it, I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a new member of The Rep Room, I have been made to feel extremely welcome by owner Charlotte, other staff members and gym goers. I have only attended mum and baby sessions so far, but will definitely be attending other group training where possible. The mum and baby sessions are exactly what I have been looking for and the timings work perfectly for baby and me. Charlotte has been running the sessions I've attended and it's clear to see how passionate she is, extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and approachable. She has so much energy, a great sense of humour and her charisma is contagious!

Fantastic experience: Great convenient gym. Good equipment and really nice staff. The classes are flexible and the mum and baby classes are great! The membership offers are really good, well worth the money! Free parking and every session the staff push you to reach your potential! Since going to mum and baby classes at the Rep Room in August, I've lost 41lbs! Thank you ladies!

Fantastic experience: Since joining Rep room I’ve enjoy every minute of my workouts in there, the PT’s are really lovely and everyone at the gym is so welcoming. Plus they do great Stanley cup dupes!!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at the Rep Room before Charlotte took it on for the last five years it is a lovely little local gym. Since the mother and baby classes have started I have been one of the first to attend these classes from the start and find them enjoyable and beneficial as you can take your child!. I have just had my second child and be back next month very supportive PTs and a lovely friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: The Rep Room gym has changed my maternity leave experience. Is a super friendly environment with a feeling of a family. I have been training with them over a year now and specifically attending the Bring your Baby classes. I’ve managed to keep my fitness and exercise levels up while on mat leave which is usually impossible when you have a baby.. is very relaxed and comfortable. You can even go and train on your own if you like with your baby which no other gym can offer this! The Rep Room has made me feel secure and confident again after pregnancy. I’m currently cooking my baby nr 2and I still join the classes because they can accommodate for everyone needs. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Owner and all the stuff there are lovely and caring! Don’t look anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Went to an amazing HIT class with Charlotte after having my daughter just 3 weeks ago. Not many gyms allow you to train with your baby by your side. Lovely environment, friendly atmosphere, fabulous instructor, what more can you want? I will be signing up for a membership for sure! Thanks for having me, see you soon Rep Room!

Fantastic experience: I definitely reccomend Mum and baby class Mondays and Fridays 9.30AM Charlotte is amazing, so welcoming and friendly, just what you need to lift you up and encourage your fitness journey post partum. All the workouts are different each week which keeps it exciting.

Fantastic experience: This has to be one of the best and tidiest gyms in Hertfordshire by far, i started here in 2016, members and personal trainers are very polite, coming along by myself every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday puts a huge smile on my face for every same equipment I use. No word of a lie, I just strongly love it!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: The friendliest, nicest environment to train in. As it’s small and independently run, it’s not at all intimidating like I’ve found with other gyms (to the point that even my mum has joined and even feels confident going alone, to classes too!!) Staff are really friendly. Charlotte the owner is great, always offers advice if needed or correcting techniques and makes training enjoyable! Loads of classes included on my membership too which I think is great value for money. Particularly love Becky’s boxing class on a Tuesday. Again, nice size groups and always very friendly and fun! You are definitely more than just a number or member at this gym and instead made to feel like a valued customer, staff know your names etc. I won’t train anywhere else :)

Fantastic experience: i stumbled across this gym by sheer chance i fell in love. I’ve never connected with a gym like this before and the lovely staff of all shapes and sizes made me feel so welcome in the gym. I’ve never felt more comfortable and i asked a specific young man for his name to write a positive review. I believe his name is Zak he made me feel very body positive and really sold the gym. Every gym needs a zak. Great family day out to the family friendly gym.

Negative experience: Was quite enjoying the gym but wasn't able to find the time to attend. Their methods of contact are very poor, so when I submitted a cancellation of my subscription through their contact form it was either lost or ignored. Despite trying to discuss the situation with them they are threatening to refer the £30 'final payment' to a debt collection agency. Given their refusal to discuss the issue adequately. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Fantastic experience: I've been a regular member for the last 18 months now. The gym is not over large (which I like) but still has a great variety of equipment, both weights and cardio. It feels intimate where everyone's friendly and there is always someone there to offer help and advice if needed. Charlotte is ready with help and suggestions and the place feels welcoming. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have done Chloe’s class on Monday a couple of times now and have to say how great it is! I really feel set up for the week after doing it, she does a great mix of exercises to cover the full body and I must say I’m nearly dead after completing but feel great at the same time. Its so so helpful you can bring along your little ones, I think my daughter loves watching us all work hard. She is a great instructor/trainer! Thank you x
