Fantastic experience: Amazing. From the machines. to the art, to the atmosphere, to the friendly welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Ordered online, received my order within 2 days which was good however the product was damaged, a capsule was broken inside the plastic bottle, the lid had no safety so it had obviously been opened, I've sent an email to which nobody has responded, I tried phoning but it goes straight to voice mail, very unprofessional, don't think I'll be using these guys again.

Fantastic experience: Love an excuse to visit Performance Gym, it's easily one of the best gyms in Scotland. An incredible atmosphere, a huge variety of carefully chosen equipment and a supp shop that makes you feel like Christmas has come early. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: Good gym with all the equipment you can think of apartment from a back support for back supported crunches but that's nothing. Clean equipment and working out area safe. Exits clearly marked in case of an emergency. Toliet facilities and also a snack facility with supplements available to buy as well as their own merchandise. Only recently became a member. I have met the owners who were very pleasant and showed me the ropes. Great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Have joined just before Xmas and staff are lovely very helpful with everything can't fault at all. Place is always kept clean and just overall love the atmosphere of the place very positive and general people all helpful. Definitely glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Wonderful equipment. Not too busy,brilliant atmosphere and so welcoming. Although it has a lot of people who train seriously, they are so supportive of beginners. It's the best gym for miles and I've tried them all. Love it, wouldn't train anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: what can I say? from a guy who's never set foot inside a gym, the support I continue to get from Performance Gym is amazing! Gold membership is a must, you won't get better value for money. Theres always someone ready to help you out, the PT sessions are fantastic, Shannen's PT sessions are the best of course, she even helps me write reviews

Fantastic experience: You can be forgiven for thinking this is a place for only proffesional athletes who compete with the amazing equipment and sports nutrition shop......but......I am a slim 75kg guy not a body builder and I was made to feel welcome over the week i visited this gym. The staff are amazing, the equipment is second to none and throughout my years of gym use i have never seen such a proffesional and comprehensive gym. Fantastic from start to finish.
