Fantastic experience: Great gym. this is not your normal gym! Michelle is Incredible at helping and guiding you through your fitness pathway. Both my son and daughter attend here and love it!. they are looking to improve their overall health and fitness, but more so to focus on different aspects of their chosen sports. Michelle is amazing at identifying their needs and putting together a plan to improve. 100% recommend.
