Oh and Kind cafe make the best tea ever so it's a win win

It’s such a gorgeous place where I feel so calm and relaxed and also amazing to find somewhere completely vegan and so compassionate and kind with such yummy food and drinks! Fantastic experience: Amazing facility, lovely and quiet unlike mainstream gyms. I live in Chichester and make the drive specifically for here and go to Asda on my way home. I have a hidden disability and was so worried about coming as my experiences at other facilities have been terrible but all of the staff I interacted with were so kind and polite, lovely people. The cafe is 100% vegan and amazing, such a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and the blueberry smoothie I got was AWESOME! They very kindly substituted in oat milk for me and put my mind at ease about my pineapple allergy/cross contamination as well. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the spinning classes @Thrive. Rachel and Julie, both do 45 minute classes. Then go and visit the cafe, for a selection of healthy drinks. Wonderful staff and lovely atmosphere. If you fancy, a pampering then visit the beauty area. Ellie and Alex are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few gyms in my time but never have I felt so welcome & supported as I do at Thrive. All the trainers are helpful & friendly & I especially enjoy my 121 training with Seb he is always so patient, kind & encouraging. I can’t recommend the gym enough & an added bonus for me is the cafe which serves wonderful vegan food & drink, so not only is Thrive helping get me healthy they are helping keep the planet healthy too. It’s a win win

Fantastic experience: We always make sure we visit this lovely coffee shop every time we visit Selsey. The customer service is always outstanding, the coffee is great and is made well ( we used to own a coffee shop so are very fussy about our coffee ) All of there cakes are home made and delicious. To top it all of its very reasonably priced. The coffee shop its self is bright, clean, inviting, warm and has lots of big windows. 10/10 from us!

Fantastic experience: Thrive Selsey is an absolute gem and we're so pleased to have found it! I can exercise in the friendliest gym I've been in, take a shower in 5* standard bathrooms, get my nails done in the beauty room and have the most incredible smoothie bowl and vegan cake in the cafe. All the staff are so so lovely, it honestly feels like a home from home.

As an over 50 yr old the minute I walked in I felt comftable and everyone was very welcoming.The shapemaster is excellent for me and I have met lots of lovely people there. The tea, juices are to die for and the upstairs at beauty is stunning only down side is they need a swimming pool.well worth taking a look

Fantastic experience: The gym is such a welcome addition to Selsey and feels almost like my personal gym, being just down the road! There is plenty of parking and I am always able to book a session. Staff are very pleasant and professional - willing to help if asked, but wont interfere if you don't need them! Looking forward to having a cappuccino at the newly-opened cafe, which is an added bonus. Well done everyone!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome place. I visited the beauty Salon and had the most amazing massage and reflexology provided by the lovely Alex. She was so professional and knowledgeable and worked out my numerous knots. Will definitely be visiting again and on a regular basis as it is so rare to find someone who can massage at the right pressure for me.

Fantastic experience: I love Thrive Selsey Gym,Cafe and the Beauty. Everyone is friendly wants to help you as an individual and they all love a chat! which after 3 lockdowns so do i! Clean and hygienic facilities throughout, Thrive Selsey i'd say is more of a well being community centre than a commercial business. Ive made a great group of friends i now sit and talk to on a weekly basis.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Thrive Gym in Selsey to use the ShapeMaster suite for a gentle introduction to exercise. I’ve really enjoyed ShapeMaster and quickly moved on to joining the main gym and classes. I took advantage of the free PT session with Jenny (who was great) and will sign up for PT sessions once we are out of lockdown. The strength and conditioning classes are a brilliant start to the morning. Now we’re in lockdown classes have moved online and I’m looking forward to continuing exercise virtually during lockdown. All the staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment is amazing and the facilities (showers etc) are very good. Well done Thrive Gym.
