Fantastic experience: Lovely gym, friendly helpful staff and lots of equipment that is well set out in a variety of rooms. Not too crowded and never a queue for equipment. Long opening hours also which is good for a busy lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Literally my favourite gym I’ve ever trained at, the best equipment, training advice and supplements and the staff are always on hand to help and super friendly! Could not recommend this gym enough to anyone, wether you’re just starting your fitness journey or well into it you’ll love this place

Fantastic experience: If your in the South Wales area or are happy to travel then get yourselves down to the place that started it all for me. You will not be disappointed! Without PB Gym I wouldn’t be here today. I’ve trained here since they opened their doors back in 2020. This gym has such an incredible atmosphere along with insane bits of kit. The staff are a credit to the place along with the owners. Before joining this gym I found myself in a dark place with no purpose to move forward. I knew I wanted to change my life, I wanted to lose weight and gain strength so I knew there was no reason in my mind not to join. Words don’t even come close to how honoured and proud I feel to have been given the opportunity to be a part of such an incredible place that feels like home. PB Gym has not only given me a new lease of life but it’s saved my life. This place is a credit to the community hands down.

Fantastic experience: Good place to build some muscle, tone and burn some blubber. Now a member and 3 occasional 4 times a week visitor. Great people and coaches available

Positive experience: Been going here for a few months now and it’s a great gym. Was daunting going there the first times but that’s down to me, not the gym, and they’re all the same in that regard. Equipment is fantastic, really really well equipped gym. My only negative is how hot it is in there, one of the main reasons I signed up was to use the treadmill to mix into my marathon training to minimise the impact on my knees but it’s just too hot to use it. The weights room down stairs also gets insanely hot. Don’t let that put you off tho because it really is a great gym with absolutely everything you could ever want/need.

Fantastic experience: I’ve trained here quite a few times and the gym never fails to impress! The equipment available is great quality and there’s a wide variety to target all body parts. Llew is always adding machines to improve the gym which is a bonus! Always a great atmosphere when I train there to make you feel comfortable as well. Would recommend!

Negative experience: the gym is advertised as a friendly enviroment, with a modern feel, i walked into the gym reception with a bunch of guys sitting on a sofa, one sluggishly walking to reception to take my paymant, asking if i knew where anything was, i said no, first time being here, to which his reply was basically "you'll figure it out" The gym feels like any run of the mill spit and sawdust gym, the only way to get water is behind reception or in the toilets and the staff on site had an attitude like the customers were more of an inconvenience. would rather pay £3 at the chain gym
