Fantastic experience: Great facilities, very helpful staff. Ideal to hold an event in.

Positive experience: Parking can be tight and people ignore the one way system. Staff are helpful though.

Positive experience: It's really remote to get to if you travel by public transport. If you come by car then the parking is rather difficult especially when there are big events going on. There is a toilet but long queues are also present. And the sports hall was very dirty?! Although we had an event there so it may explains it.... There is a bar where you can get some food - but we didn't check it out.

Positive experience: Had a party for our daughters birthday at cwrt herbert today. The party itself was great although the bouncy castles were not even up when the party had already started. Unfortunately, the coordinator and the face painter were very rude to members of my party. Very disappointing!

Negative experience: Facilities are good and clean, use of the football pitch. However don't try and park in the disabled spaces with a blue badge, always used by able bodied people SAT in their cars. From a blue badge holder.

Positive experience: Looks a tidy enough place only used washrooms briefly as was playing football on the 3g pitch but centre seemed to cope well with the tournament and an athletes event at the same time

Fantastic experience: I only visited this place to participate in a walking football tournament. When we arrived there were people organising the car parking which was great help. The 3G pitch was in great condition. Did not use any of the other facilities so I cannot comment on those. It was busy there with the walking football and a junior athletics event taking Ave next door so the area was busy when leaving.

Fantastic experience: Well cared for sports centre. Bar was well run, spaced out and large screens well positioned. Cleanliness was excellent and well run. Excellent staff in the bar and plenty of hot coffee or tea a welcome break after watching the rugby game.

Fantastic experience: Worked here yesterday for a hybrid boxing event. Great facilities and excellent set up for the event. More toilets would have been better for the customers attending as there were only two cubicles in each male and female causing queues during the event.

Fantastic experience: We booked half of the children's pool so that we could take our children for a swim. It was well arranged with our own private and clean changing room. The children had a great time! A good effort in crazy times!

Positive experience: As much sports activities as you can think of indoor and outdoor. Classes in most sports available plus excellent opportunity's for kids party. Also licensed premises.

Positive experience: Adequate gym but can only visit weekends as they open too late. 8am admission is not competative in this day and age.

Negative experience: FIRSTLY THE GYM CLOSES TO EARLY ,SECONDLY MY SON WS NOT ALLOWED IN THE GTM AS HE WAS IN HIS SCHOOL UNIFORM ,AND THE GYM IS WAY TO SMALL AND BARLETY HAS ANY MACHINES. also I do not recommend this faciluity as some staff are very rude so this place is .

Fantastic experience: Update from previous review. Still 5 star. Excellent service provided by the team today for the Play Day organised by NPT council. All the staff at the sports centre couldn't do more to help. Whether setting up, packing away, tea or sorting the car park in horrible weather. Cheers all. Finally a 3/4 g surface. I remember the old one being installed. As a facility excellent! Two gyms, sports hall, 3/4 g, multiple pitches, running track AND a bar which shows sport. If only they served food it would be home!
