Fantastic experience: We were in Scotland (Wishaw) for an extended period so we decided to join GYM24, we thoroughly enjoyed using the gym, it is extremely clean & well maintained & the staff are friendly & engaging… it was a pleasure utilising the facilities & if/when we return to Scotland we will be sure to rejoin again & highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym. Its got a great atmosphere and the staff are really nice. They are always happy to help and are approachable. I hadn't been to a gym in over 13 years when I joined but felt comfortable from my first visit. The range of classes they have on offer are great too.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved here as my gym shut down and after 2 weeks can say it's a good gym. A little small but it has everything you could need, made better by the great staff. Get to know the people around you and the gym starts to feel like home.

Fantastic experience: I use this gym after work. It has a very community feel to it. Staff are really nice and always happy to help if I need anything . If you get a chance try the frappe they are so good. The meal prep machine is so handy and sets me up to hit my diet and targets. Great wee find

Fantastic experience: Anytime I head into this place the atmosphere pushes me to lift more everyday even after a hard day's work. This is all down to the staff and the love the owners have for the gym. They will always support you no matter what and have the equipment to achieve the standard of training any individual wants. Could not recommend another gym.

Fantastic experience: Can’t praise this gym highly enough! The gym offers an extremely welcoming atmosphere with friendly and supportive staff. I feel comfortable enough to ask for help when using equipment and there is ALWAYS someone on hand to help. The gym also has amazing proteins shakes!!

Fantastic experience: Joined GYM24 a few months ago and it is the best gym I have ever been at! Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and chat to each member of the gym and get to know them all individually, great atmosphere in the gym and other members are also very friendly too! The owners of the gym really take pride in the gym and are such great people, the place is always spotless as well!

Fantastic experience: The staff in the gym are always friendly and helpful if you are unsure on how to use any equipment. The protein shakes are one of my favourites to get after a workout and they offer a range of classes that are always great fun. If you haven't tried it out you definitely need to get on it ASAP.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym in July was best decision ever made the trainers are the best everyone is so friendly it's like family the owner and his wife are always about the gym and will always chat away or if you need anything they will help in any way they can the classes are fun as well as being exhausting love gym 24

Fantastic experience: Great facility in the middle of the town. The Life Fitness equipment is excellent with options for TV, YouTube, browsing but also videos of walking and cycling trails. Staff are friendly and helpful and will put you through your paces in the classes.
