UKTC Taekwondo & Little Tiger Cubs

Welcome to the UKTC Taekwondo & Little Tiger Cubs club in Wishaw, part of the United Kingdom's largest and leading martial arts organization. We offer professional, expert-level training in the Korean martial art of Taekwon-Do for students of all ages, from pre-schoolers to adults. Our mission goes beyond simple self-defense; we aim to provide a life-changing journey that fosters physical health, improved fitness, and profound personal development.

Our programs are tailored to every stage of life. Youngest members can join the Little Tiger Cubs (ages 3-5) to build early confidence and motor skills, while children aged 5-8 can challenge themselves in our Active Tigers program. For those aged 9 and up, including teenagers and adults, our main UKTC Taekwondo classes offer rigorous training in the Art of Hand and Foot fighting. We also have a dedicated Black Belt Programme for students aiming to achieve the highest levels of mastery.

At the heart of every session are the core values of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. Our fully qualified and insured instructors create a supportive, respectful, and positive environment where students learn to be the masters of their own destiny. Whether you are looking to enhance your self-protection skills, make new friends, or simply stay active, our classes are designed to help you achieve your potential.

We also offer exciting Martial Arts Parties for children, providing a unique and action-packed way to celebrate birthdays. As a not-for-profit organization affiliated with the World ITF Taekwon-Do Council, we are committed to promoting the true art of Taekwondo as originally taught by General Choi Hong Hi.
