Fantastic experience: Best in town if you are into Fitness especially for women

Fantastic experience: Although this is technically a women's gym, I go there once a week because they also run some classes for old blokes like me. It's a very nice little space, adequately rather than comprehensively equipped. My wife also attends one of the lady's classes and is very pleased with it.

Fantastic experience: Staff and members are all very friendly, warm and welcoming. A perfect place for ladies seeking fitness, strength and mental well being.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for two years now. I will admit I have tried nearly every gym in oswestry and this is by far the best. You get personal workouts which is fabulous and the instructors are always on hand for advice. Such a lovely team that work here and can easily just have a normal chat with them. I would never change gyms! I was a bit sceptical about the price to start with but what you get in that package is unbelievable! It is like having your own personal trainer without the costly effect.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. The classes are for ladies of all abilities, you are closely supervised and encouraged throughout. It's very affordable, you don't have to sign up for monthly payments, you can just opt to pay as you go. The gym is easily accessible in the centre of Oswestry. If you're dithering, as I did, just take the plunge and go and have a look! You'll be glad you did.
