Fantastic experience: I like this gym. It isn't as 'shiny' as some of the chain gyms but as a lone female, I feel very welcome and safe here. They have everything I need, some free weights and some cardio machines and plus, it's supporting a local business. Would recommend this gym but it probably isn't for everyone so if you are thinking of joining maybe try a day pass first to see how you feel
