Fantastic experience: Just a really friendly gym with all the essential kit and plenty of good laughs! They always seem to be investing in new kit and will always help or share advice when needed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and a friendly welcome from staff when you arrive. As a solo artist the guys here were kind enough to help me with my video for my new song as it involves boxing and exercise. Variety of equipment and refreshments at the gym. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: So 1st six weeks program has finished and a total of 1 stone lost and i have lost inches on my bust,waist and leg to. Now for the next six weeks programme. These programmes are easy to follow and the exercise classes are fantastic with great pt trainers (James & Steve). Hard work always pays off.
