Fantastic experience: Excellent gym , more than satisfied. The only downside is the pricing which is slightly out of my budget but it is worth it for the warm experience

Fantastic experience: My first gym of about 10 that I’ve been a member of where the vibe is genuinely friendly and accessible for all. Hats off to owner, Matt, who has created something unique here and demonstrates a genuine care for members. Always used to be nervous to ask questions due to the big egos and insecurities of people in other places - here, I feel I can ask questions easily and this has directly impacted my personal results. The equipment is vast and varied, but all higher quality than other gyms I’ve been to - chains and independents locally and globally. A great array of personal trainers and other pros with differing specialisms that you can connect with for support or training, too. A massive thank you for creating a space that welcomes ‘learners’ and ‘growers’ of every level. Photo from a while back - it’s even better now!

Negative experience: Management of this place is absolutely appalling and you'd have to pay me to step foot on these premises again.

Fantastic experience: Great clean gym. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, there's a great amount of equipment and some stuff you don't see in every gym. The culture is great there as everyone puts their weights away and helps keep the place tidy! My favourite gym in Nottingham!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been terrified of going to a gym since my interest in fitness began about 3/4 years ago, worked out from home always, until a couple of months ago when I decided to finally join a gym and it’s the best thing I ever did! Definitely such a good choice of gym, everyone is so friendly, and makes you feel so at ease, i love that it’s a smaller environment so it doesn’t get too busy, and you always see familiar faces. I’m also so thankful to all the staff for looking out for me and helping me when needed, my confidence is definitely building and I now get excited to go to the gym.

Fantastic experience: One of the most all round gyms I've ever used , professional instructors ( not fresh out of school 18 year old ) and they cater for everyone. Only started to use this gym as a stop gap , now even though I've moved I wouldn't go anywhere else ......

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym during the lockdown in Leicester. Initially I was going to do a day pass but the owner Matt was so friendly and helpful I ended up signing up for the month. It’s a great gym with good equipment (the owner is regularly updating and adding more), friendly atmosphere and clean and tidy. They also do bootcamps and have great personal trainers. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone. The owner is working extra hard to make sure the gym is covid safe. If I lived closer I would most definitely become a member.

Fantastic experience: A great well kitted out gym which caters for levels of fitness - the bootcamp circuits are great for those people who want instructor led sessions.

Fantastic experience: This gym is doing everything it can to comply with covid regulations. They provide a cloth and sanitiser to wipe equipment down during use, tissue to mop up sweat. Staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I really enjoy going to this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym. I've been a member of numerous gyms over the space of 20 years (and many different locations) and can honestly say this is the best one I have been to. The owner has implemented his vision brilliantly and is always available for a chat. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. There is a great atmosphere and it is a pleasure to train here
