Fantastic experience: Great gym and a friendly bunch of people. The setup and the coaching was really good and I was made to feel welcome and included during my drop in. Will definitely be popping back if I'm in the area again.

Fantastic experience: As someone who had been curious about CrossFit for a long time but never had the bottle or confidence to do so, I am so glad I found David and this gym. After only session and a complete beginner I signed up and haven’t looked back. It’s one of the friendliest and most supportive gyms I’ve been part of. You are constantly supported and motivated by the members and coaches. As a beginner I don’t feel insecure about my ability and I’m continually challenged, educated and encouraged by David and his team. As much as CrossFit is very competitive this gym also supports members who wish to just improve their fitness levels and workout in a comfortable friendly & motivating environment.

Fantastic experience: I joined just under a year ago, having been at a previous gym. As gyms can be a daunting place at times. I was made to feel very welcome right away. Training has been excellent and totally gone away feeling you have done a proper workout Facilities, equipment and members are all 1st class.
