Fantastic experience: I visited today Milton Keynes Personal Trainer with my fitness coach Danielle (DB Fitness). It's a very nice, spacious and well equipped. Quite quiet and we had the whole space for ourselves. It was really enjoyable, nice views and the staff there were really friendly. I would recommend it 100%

Fantastic experience: Fantastic training space, everything you need and nothing you don’t and they also have over a dozen PTs that they can introduce you to meet whatever goals, preferences and training requirements you have. AND… The coffee shop probably serves the best coffee in MK(and a few naughty unfitness things aside)…
Fantastic experience: I hobbled into PT Workspace in December with a bad knee injury. I am now squatting personal bests every week and my overall strength has improved. Evan is an amazing personal trainer with years of experience, and to top it off, a really nice guy. If you want 121 support to reach your goals, then there is no better place in Milton Keynes. The studio has all the best equipment and the atmosphere is perfect for training as all they want is for you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Excellent training sessions from Tristan. From form tips on weights exercises I was familiar with to a full set of dreaded leg exercises that I now feel competent and confident to include in my regular gym sessions. Well worth the time and good value. Tristan maintained a great balance of ensuring best technique and form with all exercises and a weight level to test me and show growth in only 5 months. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to workout 1to1 with your personal trainer. And I’ll definitely recommend MTPT as a personal trainer if you’re looking for one. The location is also beautiful as you have a canal view which when it’s sunny will boost your serotonin!! And it does not hurt that you have Canal Street coffee shop just upstairs.

Fantastic experience: Wow is all I can say. After my first PT session with Tristan I can safely say its the best Gym space I have ever been too. The equipment is top notch, spacious with a great atmosphere and the location near the waterfront is stunning. I would highly recommend the space for anyone looking for a PT or a PT looking for a new gym space to work out of. Thanks Tristan and the team looking forward to our next session already
