Fantastic experience: Tom is a great personal trainer. His knowledge of biomechanics, his perceptiveness and his cool/calm motivational coaching style are top drawer. He put together a bullet proof post-hip-surgery rehab plan for me and constantly tweaked it based on my progress and limitations. After 10 weeks with Tom I feel confident to begin racing triathlon again and will undoubtedly be seeking his services in future. Thanks Tom!
Fantastic experience: Approximately 4 months before I got married I decided that I wanted to get into shape for my big day. I met up with Tom who instantly put me at ease. He was friendly, relaxed and helpful. Tom helped me to work out what my goal was – it was to tone up, feel healthy without bulking up. Tom devised a training programme which was varied so it kept me motivated and interested, and kept the sessions fun. I felt fantastic on my wedding day so the training really paid off. The thing I like best about Tom is that he is easy to talk to and he really knows his stuff when it comes to personal training.
Fantastic experience: Tom is amazing trainer who is always looking to learn new innovative ways to train his clients. I saw Tom personally for a number of sessions when I was recovering from a knee problem. Tom managed to help with the rehab of my knee, whilst at the same time helping me to build strength, tone up and generally get fitter. He has great exercise ideas and is very meticulous about using the correct form! I own a Physiotherapy clinic in Clifton and Tom is one of our go-to guys to refer our clients to for continued rehabilitation once they are no longer in pain. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a very bespoke, well thought out training plan, either for strength training, general fitness or in the rehab phase of an injury. Fantastic experience: Tom is kind and friendly but achieves great results. I started seeing Tom because I wanted to improve my overall fitness to increase energy levels and to be stronger. I also wanted to improve my posture which caused frequent lower back pain. Tom has guided me through this during sessions and provided plans to follow outside of the sessions. I've made great progress and would definitely recommend Tom's service.
