Fantastic experience: Lovely trainer and lovely studio! Mum and mini classes have been fab, she is really welcoming and helpful. I used to dread going to classes in other gyms but now I look forward to it.

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous studio, Lauren is a great PT who has made every class I’ve done really enjoyable. She makes sure that my form is right and adapts exercises for my needs! I especially love the glutes class!
