I’ve just started my second week at CFR and what a welcome it has been. I had reservations as a very overweight person around the exercises and difficulty.
If you’re considering changing your fitness routine or starting from scratch please give this place a try. I promise you if you embrace the classes, the culture and listen to the coaches you will not regret it. Every class is different, well coached and pushes you.
I started at CFR 2 years ago after leaving another CrossFit gym and it has been the best decision I have made. The coaching is excellent, the programming is quality, and the laughs are the cherry on top!

Great coaches assisting with progressions finding what suits you and helping with form so you get the most from the class. Fantastic experience: At first I felt intimidated by how sculpted people are but enrolling and speaking to everyone ,I love it there . Everyone is friendly always willing to help if ure unsure about anything . We have a laugh all the time it’s fun and hard work . Who said CrossFit was easy ? There are many classes to suit your needs . Easy to book on classes plus there is Raw gymnastics for kids which my daughter attends. Don’t get me started on this one it’s just amazing !!

Fantastic experience: This place is a Hidden Gem. The Raw kids classes are fab. My daughter really enjoyed the summer camp gymnastics sessions. The owners are really friendly an approachable. The produce at the cafe is locally sourced and delicious cheesecake an brownies . Perfect treat after a work out or before, burn the calories off then haha. They gym looks well equipped, clean and its affordable I haven't joined yet but there are taster sessions on a Thurs I've been told so gonna pop in an twerk it work it! The community feel is heartwarming and the vision for the place is definitely going to deliver. What an exciting up an coming venue not to be missed.
