Fantastic experience: I was a bit apprehensive as it's a full on body building gym, but it is simply fantastic. Love it and the machinery is brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Best Weight Lifting & Strength training gym in Sheffield. They have the massive concrete balls, like the ones in World Strongest Man and the shelves to put them on. Clean, friendly and polite staff. I've been all over and this has the best equipment and you aren't bothered by gym staff like some of the others around Sheffield they leave you too it.

Fantastic experience: I don't go as often as I should truth be told, but I'm going to join next week and use it more frequently, it is an amazing gym, the equipment is top notch, and there literally isn't an ego in the gym, the guy on reception is helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Easy to park. Staff were friendly. The other people in the gym were friendly. No streamers/posers/Tiktok mongs there getting in the way when I went. Just people actually working out.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym despite the place looking really tiny on the outside but it turns out to be huge easily over a 100 weight machine's Very friendly and talkative staff the weight leaplifting machine's are years ahead of any other gym I've been to yet this place costs half my current membership ( Siv ) im certainly joining this gym
