Fantastic experience: Love coming to the classes at the Cell. I love the Tuesday morning spin with Rachel . Jennie’s Pilates classes are perfect combination of strength and zen. Whilst during Brent’s yard strong he’s helped me build strength I did not know was possible.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the Cell since opening. All instructors are lovely and so knowledgeable. Jennies Pilates has helped me improve my movement. Brent’s yard strong and met club have made me fitter than I could have ever imagined. A lovely gym with a lovely community:)

Fantastic experience: What a place! Friendly, small groups and awesome theme. Gym sessions are really targeted and thought about to get the most out of your workout. Easy to book online. Great value for money. These guys know their stuff.
