Fantastic experience: Started going to fit20 after never been a fan of gyms . The idea of 1 session a week sounded too good to be true. The machines really work your whole body. I used to suffer from backache especially as I drive for a living but now after going for nearly a year my body shape has changed and don’t suffer from backache anymore. Warwick certainly does a great job definitely recommend fit20 to anyone

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fit20 for 7 months now. I started out fairly skeptical but I thought why not give it a try. Not only have I found i've massively improved my strength over the time I've been going but I have really enjoyed myself in the process. The combination of great instructors and the technology that somewhat gamifies fitness, means that I never really dread going. If you are looking for a way to improve your fitness then I highly recommend you try Fit20!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fit20 at the Gyle for a few months. Cannot recommend this 20 minute training session enough, the support, encouragement and banter makes it a fabulous experience. Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go. After only a few months my energy levels have gone up and i feel great . Its only 20 minutes a week but a great workout in a quiet space. Warwick is an excellent personal trainer who stays by your side giving you lots of encouragement.
Fantastic experience: Loving Fit20. Warwick is a great coach and explains everything in detail. The space is calming and having one to one coaching and in only 20 minutes is amazing. This is my second month and even with Christmas in the middle feeling stronger and more energised every week!

Fantastic experience: What a great idea fit20 is. Normal clothes, 20 minutes a week, personal trainer and visual feedback on how you are doing. This has made a massive difference to my total body strength and in particular my knee pain has now settled. Muscle strength is so important as we age and its effects on bone density are extremely important, especially for women. So anything that makes this easier to do and you can easily incorporate into your week is fantastic. I can highly recommend .
Fantastic experience: I hate exercise. This one works for me. 20 minutes per week, personal assistance, with interesting machines and noticeable results. Warwick gives knowledgeable and encouraging help, taking into account all hindrances, like injuries, and the sessions are enjoyable. I see accumulative results every week. I am very grateful!

Fantastic experience: The concept speaks for itself. I find the short classes manageable and I don’t dread going!. Having Warwick as a one to one coach perfecting my technique and building my full body strength has been invaluable as I had previously been doing things wrong by myself. I find myself stronger and less prone to aches and pains in just 3 months of attending Fit20 with Warwick.
