Hybrid Athletics

Fantastic experience: I have been coached by Johnny/ Hybrid athletics for over 10 months now and I couldn't recommend enough. I went to Johnny with 2 goals. 1. to be in the best shape possible for my wedding day and 2. to stay injury free and fit to run my first marathon. Very different goals but somehow I managed it and I couldn't have done it without Johnny's help. He is professional, knowledgeable and makes our sessions fun! It is a great space to work out and I am looking forward to setting new goals for the new year.
