Fantastic experience: I first attended in June 2023 and have been going ever since. The coaching team is excillent and the environment that has been created is exceptional. For anyone thinking of giving it a go, I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and inviting all the other members are and there is no judgement at all when working out! I had a great deal of pain in my hip.when I started and since that pain has subsided greatly and the main factor, I would suggest has been crossfit! #Hooked

Fantastic experience: ECF is a great place to train! Coaches are very knowledgeable, the equipment is in top condition and they constantly reinvest in the development of the gym. All the members are friendly, proper community feel. See you in the box .

Fantastic experience: As a newbie to CrossFit, I had a preconception of the environment and the workouts and thought I’d feel super intimidated joining with beginner-level fitness. But I can honestly say that this is the most friendly and supportive environment to work out in. The coaching is outstanding and the sessions are so varied that you learn something new every time. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have used Eccleshall CrossFit for a while and really enjoy the place, it is close to home and allows me to train after the work. The coaches are all really good, and support. I also do my own thing and decent kit to do a really good workout.

Fantastic experience: I joined Capacity shortly after it opened and was immediately welcomed and pushed harder than I'd been pushed before. I'd been stuck in a bit of a training rut, mainly in commercial gyms training alone doing the same old routines. I saw big results within the first few weeks of being at Capacity at and even after a year I'm still picking up new skills. Epic place, epic community.

Excellent facilities and programming that works makes this place incredible value for money, whether you want to train alone or in a class. Beyond the gains you'll find a welcoming community of supportive people making the place feel like much more than a gym. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Also, Ray. If you are on the fence and like dogs, Ray alone will make the trip worthwhile!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Capacity Functional Fitness. It is comfortably the most well equipped 'crossfit' style gym I have seen. The members are very welcoming and there is an obvious community of like minded people there. The trainers/owners have a high level of expertise and it is easy to trust their knowledge. I would say it is an ideal gym for all levels from total beginner to somebody who is at the very top of fitness competition. It's great that the gym has landed in Eccleshall!

Fantastic experience: great facilities; the classes suit all levels; are very varied and will push you to achieving results. I have tried many gyms quickly got boerd, Capacity is by far the best to achieve results . The owners Jord and Soph are very experienced and always on hand to offer advice. friendly environment . Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym with lots of new equipment to use. The classes are really motivating, challenging and well designed to get the most out of you. Also the memberships are miles better value than any local competition. Get yourself there!

Fantastic experience: I am a woman of 55 and had a big operation in September of last year. January this year I decided I needed to pick myself up get fitter and loose weight. I looked at lots of gyms etc but decided to come to Capacity in Eccleshall. I started P.T. training with Sophie and started the diet plan Sophie had done for me in late January. My goal was to lose 2 stone by June. I'm so happy and pleased to say I have reached my target a month earlier than expected. Can not thank Sophie enough and would recommend Capacity Funcitional Fitness to any one of any age and fitness level.I'm carrying on having P.T with Sophie and now have my next goal in mind to achieve.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities in this gym, there's plenty of variety on offer here. Dedicated mobility area, functional fitness space, gymnastics equipment, free weights, cable weights, weight machines, strongman equipment and cardio equipment.

Fantastic experience: Was in the area today and thought I would pop in for the early class with Jordan. What a workout! Jordan motivated me throughout and pushed me to put in the work. It was very adaptive for everyone in the session and I left feeling challenged and happy that I’d pushed myself. The only thing I’m upset about is that I live miles away!!! This would be my regular gym without a doubt as it’s got top spec equipment and is priced very reasonably as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a warm welcome at the door and a very thorough workout.

Fantastic experience: Capacity has had a very positive impact on my life. Not only am I losing weight & getting stronger & healthier, my mental outlook is stronger & healthier too. After 43 years of living by what the scales say, I’m slowly starting to understand how much more important non scale victories are & I finally feel comfortable in my own skin. Sophie has been an enormous support to me in both classes & PT sessions & I can’t thank the team at capacity enough! #whatmybodycando
