Fantastic experience: Joined Rustiq Fitness early 2023 and I have been a very happy member since. I like the coaches and the training environment they enable, giving me that gentle encouragement to keep improving without being too pushy. Fellow class attendees also help foster a fun relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoy the Grip classes with the weightlifting and the challenge of increasing the loads while maintaining good technique. The Yard sessions are always a strong cardio challenge to keep my workout balanced. As someone who has tried many different workouts/sports over the years, none of which really motivated me enough to keep doing, this is the one where I still feel just as motivated and excited as when I first joined. Looking forward to the next class!

Fantastic experience: Other than Rustiq, name a place where you can workout outside to the sound of the lambs, the sun on your skin, wind in your hair and without any of the anxiety a normal gym would give you. Oh, and you'll become a part of a community, as well

Fantastic experience: Rustiq classes are always great. Really challenging, but options for people of different levels and something different every time. It’s brilliant not having to think about what to do, and the people are really friendly which makes it so much more enjoyable than the average gym. I am hooked!

Fantastic experience: Really very good for getting oldies moving

Fantastic experience: Workout in a barn or in the yard outside, plenty of space and qualified staff. Group sizes vary as do the prices of the sessions. Check their website for more details. The workouts are well thought through and about 50 minutes long. The times are fixed and the only one that worked for me was the 8:15 am small (5max) class, but that was £15 a session, this is expensive for what you get, the 9:15am group is 10max and in my opinion much more flexible with regard to the way exercises are modified. It was also £10 a session at the time of attending. Fran has qualifications coming out of his ears, so he’s excellent if you need advice, guidance, or rehabilitation from an injury/ illness. This advertises itself as a Boot Camp style workout but it’s not as aggressive as some I’ve visited. There is some consideration given to the individuals taking part and no undue force applied to be quicker/stronger than other participants, although they do have a link to a website that tracks your performance, this is optional. Please note there are no showering/changing room facilities. There is a toilet though. I do think it’s a expensive for what you get, but you’re probably paying for the privilege of an outdoor workout.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy coming to a Rustiq class once a week. They are challenging but fun and varied. Highly recommended for any level.

Fantastic experience: After only a few weeks training with Fran my pre-baby jeans fit again! The sessions are always perfectly moulded to my capability, pushing me just enough to make a difference but understand to the lack of sleep a new mom sometimes has! Even during the cold dark winter days I always come away feeling rejuvenated. Fran keeps every session interesting using the different equipment. The gym is also well ventilated, ideal to keep COVID safe!

Fantastic experience: I joined the Rustiq community nearly a year ago, wanting to improve my fitness. Fran was supportive when training in early pregnancy and is now helping on my postnatal fitness journey. I chose Rustiq as I didn’t want to be committed to a regular gym which could feel impersonal and sometimes intimidating! The classes have been varied and the opportunity to train outside when the weather permits is great. The flexibility, friendliness of the trainers and the variety in classes/sessions are real highlights for this company.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Fran for 6 months and just want to thank him for bringing my fitness levels back! I feel like I've turned back time (pre kiddies) and am loving feeling the spring in my step. Training at the farm (even in the cold of winter) is invigorating and frankly good for my mental health. Not being stuck in a building feels great and I always leave a training session with a smile on my face. Thank you so much for looking after me and bringing me from couch to fitness in a controlled way - yet encouraging me always to do that little bit more. For those of you wondering ... don't .... get up to the Farm and have a session with Rustiq and the team ... you won't regret it!
