Fantastic experience: Enjoyed everything about our visit to the Centre a while ago. We swim regularly at our local pool, but wanted to experience a full 50m pool - the water was lovely, not to busy when we attended. Afterwards we had an enjoyable meal looking out over the track area outside. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great sports facilities and makes a nice change to be so open to the public on a pay as you go basis, not always the case for sports facilities in the UK. I'm in Bath periodically so nice to have a good venue I can use ad-hoc. Had a great swim in the 50m olympic pool, next time I'm there will try to fit in a gym session too, looked like machines for all exercises in there!

Fantastic experience: Was very interesting. I'd never been before, but took my grandson for swimming in the 50m pool. He needs the practice in a large pool for his regional and national swimming events. Amazed at how many sports can be played here.

Fantastic experience: Took a school trip of 30 girls to watch Team Bath play a league netball game here. The staff/marshals were great at organising the crowd and it was a very well organised, safe, pleasant trip. Loads of easy parking. Fun trip and good performance by the Team Bath ladies!

Negative experience: Great swimming pool and facilities, but far too expensive. There’s no option for the public to be a swimming member. So it’s full price every time (£7.75), plus parking, that’s for one hour of swimming. This is a 2012 Olympic legacy pool, they aren’t upholding the spirit of that legacy.

Fantastic experience: We went up to view the University and did our own tour of the sports Village on top of the main tour as that is the area my daughter is interested in.

Fantastic experience: It's the sports complex attached to Bath University. There's loads of stuff, all well kept. Good cafe with a great value breakfast deal, for those not so serious about your sport.

Positive experience: The facilities overall are world class… to be honest the gym could deal with some attention - a few basic pierces of classic weightlifting and bodybuilding attachments and even a handful of basic machines missing but plenty to get a hood workout in. Get there early to avoid the rush, it’s popular!

Negative experience: The lifeguards at the pool on several occasions do not take their job seriously and I've felt at risk. You find both lifeguards on one side of the pool standing together on the ground and having a good chat.. Literally not even a 5 min chat, through the whole session. I mentioned it to them once that I didn't feel safe, but they just said 'sorry you felt like that, we can assure you that we were paying attention'... no you weren't lol. STV can you please train your staff to not have a chat by the poolside please

Fantastic experience: I used to help here and know the Deputy Sports Manager well. An international centre of excellence and an exceptionally gifted staff. Used by the community as well as Olympic medallists.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic centre. Great facilities, lots of light, good range of food in the cafe at a sensible price. Affordable parking though make sure you go in the right car park if staying for the day as the nearest is just short term. Have a look at the huge swimming pool even if that’s not the reason you came. Lucky students!

Fantastic experience: Friendly upbeat and very knowledgeable staff. (Many of them study sports related subjects at uni.) A lot of modern top-of-range equipment here. A good choice of gym machines too. And unbelievable range sports fields, tracks and courts.
