T800 CrossFit^®

Fantastic experience: Was welcomed by Paul, who set me up for some general training. Felt great when finished. Would highly recommend T800 Crossfit if you need to feel better about yourself. Everyone was so friendly. Seven months later, I feel like a new man. Have lost over 25 kilograms (that 55lb in old money). Can do things I haven't done in the last 10 years. Fantastic experience: I contacted Paul at T800 about training occasionally whilst I was in the area. He was very helpful letting me know the program for the week to fit it in my existing training. When I arrived Paul introduced himself and made me feel welcome, I spent two hours training engine & Olympic weightlifting technique. It is a well run box, a good space, the members were welcoming and I will definitely train there again.
