Try our Bootcamp workout guaranteed to have fun and burn calories no matter what the weather and all before most people are out of bed. Each session is only 30min!

If you want to blast your core, this is a great way to tone up the troublesome abdominal region! The classes consist of specific moves and sequences  put together to give you a great abdominal workout whilst also working on those glutes. Even if you have never been to a class before and simply want to tone up, this class is a great starting point as it is low impact.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending PT and classes at this gym with Tim for 2 years now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The well-equipped studio provides everything you need for a great workout. Tim is incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and experienced in fitness training. He ensures you are correctly doing the exercises, always pushing you to do your best. I would highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Tim is an amazing PT and a great guy. The classes are varied and fun and he ensures that you are doing exercises correctly whilst pushing you! The studio is well equipped and there a lovely sense of community between the members. Definitely recommended

Fantastic experience: I've been attending classes and PT sessions with Tim now for around 5 years. I've become stronger, fitter and been able to stick to a fitness routine for the first time in a long time. The support from Tim and the other members is great. Fantastic experience: Love my gym classes here. Lovely community and always feel welcome even as a new member by Tim and regulars that attend. Tim always friendly and professional and always make sure I'm comfortable with the exercises, but also helps to motivate me to get the most out of my workout!

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Tim's gym classes for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Tim's expertise is evident from the moment you step into the class. He has an incredible knack for understanding each individual's strengths and abilities, ensuring that nobody feels pushed beyond their limits. What sets Tim apart is that he creates an environment where everyone can work at their own pace, recognising that we all have different abilities. However, he also knows exactly when to offer that extra bit of encouragement to help you push yourself just a little further. One of the things I love most about Tim's classes is the friendly atmosphere. There's a great sense of fun environment among the regular attendees, and it's always a pleasure to work out alongside such a supportive group of people. Tim's classes aren't solely focused on weight loss or achieving a certain body type. While those are certainly benefits, the emphasis is on having fun and staying healthy and active. Personally, I attend these classes because I genuinely enjoy them and want to maintain my overall well-being. Overall, I highly recommend Tim's classes to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment to stay fit and active.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Tim for over two years now and I now wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Classes and the PT sessions are great he really pushes you but makes sure it’s enjoyable as well! Everyone in the classes is so friendly and welcoming, it’s like a little family! Couldn’t recommend Tim enough and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now!

Fantastic experience: The best fitness studio and personal trainer. Very friendly and motivational environment with like-minded people. No judgment and very supportive atmosphere. Made huge personal improvements and lost so much weight with the support and advice from Tim. Would never go anywhere else and would be lost without this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Tim’s classes for over 2 years and absolutely love everything about them. He has a huge range of classes throughout the day and equipment for whatever you want to achieve. He’s motivating, inspiring and helps achieve fitness goals whilst training, also gives great nutrition advice for when you’re not. Personally I like the fact that he will push me beyond my comfort zone but also tailors exercises if you have an injury. I’m glad my friend introduced me to this hidden gem, everyone is friendly and I love the music too!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Sweat Box for a number of years now and cannot imagine it not being part of my routine. Recently increased to 6 classes a week (a mixture of weights, cardio, spin & core) and I love it! Tim is extremely helpful and could not wish for a better PT. He has helped with my diet as well as exercise, and given plenty of advice with food to help me lose weight and keep it off. 10000x more motivating than going to a gym alone. Always a lovely group of people to work out with and feel comfortable around. Thoroughly enjoy every class and would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I am proud to be a member of such an inspirational, motivational & friendly gym. Tim’s knowledge, skills, passion and pride for his gym is indicative of his love for his work.
