The Beach Wellness in Minehead, offers expert health advice for adults of all ages and abilities and is funded and staffed by the charitable sports trust, Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership (SASP). We first opened in 2016 in partnership with YMCA at The Beach Hotel, with the aim of encouraging activity in adults of all ages across Minehead and West Somerset. Our vision has always been to be inclusive to our whole community, whilst still supporting you in a comfortable, friendly environment to reach your own individual wellness goals. We are proud that our staff have decades of experience between them! We have always been much more than just a gym, and are now embracing our holistic approach to your health and happiness.

Fantastic experience: Fortunately the Beach Wellness Centre has reopened. The staff are welcoming, positive, supportive and in attendance. I feel confident and safe there, because the equipment is spaced and cleaning materials are available after use. Numbers are limited, ensuring health, hygiene and safety levels can be maintained. I recommend it.
