Positive experience: Positives: Open 24/7, Members only, Can work at your own pace. No intimidation from "gym bunnies", value for money. Negatives: Very hard to get a slot during reasonable hours if you work! Gym equipment not maintained very well, Very dirty floors and walls, Flooring unsafe due to 'bubbling' in the rubber tiles. No instructions! Bike screen very unreliable. All in all needs better maintenance and a refresh!
