We provide expert Personal Training which can be done at our studio based in Biggin Hill or in your own home. We specialise in fat loss, improving muscle tone and increasing fitness in the quickest time possible. We have both Male & Female trainers who are available to do sessions from early morning to late at night. All of our trainers are fully registered Personal Trainers and we have over 20 years experience working in the fitness industry. Fantastic experience: After having four children I wanted to focus on me and get in shape. I went to see Jack at Cronk Fitness from my husband’s recommendation. I met Jack for my free consultation and he instantly made me feel at ease. We spoke about my goals and he explained the best training plan for me. I have never felt confident enough to do weights but really liked the thought of it as wanted to tone up and feel stronger. Jack devised a program that gradually introduced me to lifting weights and gave me an understanding of how to get the most from my workouts. I now train with Jack three times a week focusing on different muscles in each workout. At 47 and after having four children I can honestly say that I am now in the best shape of my life and look forward to every session.

Fantastic experience: I started PT sessions with Cronk Fitness about a year ago because I wanted to become stronger and fitter having just turned 43 at the time. I see Jack once a week for an hour and I can definitely see a difference. We focus on circuits of different cardio & strength exercises each week; it’s great to have variety which keeps me on my toes. Then we focus the rest of the session on weights and I’m loving it and feeling strong. When I can, I do an extra 30min session which is always fast paced and gives me loads of energy. If you are thinking about getting a PT I’d highly recommend Cronk Fitness. It’s hard work, but worth it and loads of fun. Jack is an expert PT and great to work with. Thanks Jack

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Cronk Fitness for over four years now & have never looked back. It all started when as an unfit female in my mid 50's I decided to drop the couch potato lifestyle & get back into a fitness regime that I used to enjoy in my mid 20's & improve my physical & mental well being. I wasn't body confident to join a gym, so searched for a local Personal Trainer. Jack Cronk @Cronk Fitness was the obvious choice for me after attending a free introductory training session. Cronk's Fitness Studio is very well equipped with good variety of exercise equipment & weights. I now look forward to two and sometimes three training sessions a week with a wide variety of exercises including aerobic workouts, boxing & weight training which I also attend with my husband. My lifestyle & physical & mental health have improved beyond my expectation in the time I have been training with Jack. Through Jack we are also now connected to a wider Personal Training Community where we can share our experiences & read Jack's weekly blogs, exercise & healthy diet & lifestyle tips. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cronk Fitness for anyone looking to improve their personal well being.

Fantastic experience: With Jack on your side, you can't go wrong! He is an excellent trainer, has a great sense of humour and is very personable and caring about your weightoss/Fitness Goals. He will not let you get away with anything that keeps you from achieving them!! You're going to benefit from his immense knowledge of all things body, fitness, and health; wicked sense of humor; sincere encouragement; and variable, exciting, transformative fitness plans. Bonus: He mixes up every session, so boredom is not an option!

Fantastic experience: I found Cronk Fitness when looking for a Personal Trainer after losing my baby weight. I had 10 sessions with Jack and lost the 2 stone that I had put on. Jack made it easy by giving me a simple eating plan and exercise routine. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for some help losing weight.

Fantastic experience: AMAZINGGGG!!! Jack is very professional, I have been seeing him for personal training and group classes for 2 months now and have already lost a stone. No 2 classes are ever the same. He is very motivational and pushes you on to do the best you can. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: The classes are really fun and varied. I was a member of the gym and used to attend there classes but now I have given up the gym and just do Cronk Fitness classes. Works out a lot cheaper and no long term memberships. I have seen really great changes since staring classes three months ago. I would definitely recommend.
