Parkour at HarroWall Climbing Centre Our Indoor Classes are the perfect place to start your journey in parkour, teaching you the fundamentals of natural movement and practical training principles while also developing the strength and fitness vital to the discipline. During a session of movement, mobility, strength, fitness, power and precision, your body will respond like never before and lay the foundations for becoming the most athletic version of yourself imaginable. We begin every class with a gradual and through warm-up to prepare you for movement, then focus on specific elements, principles and methods of movement, before finishing with a restorative cool-down to help you unwind

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to try parkour ,had my first class on sunday and it was awesome !i thought i was maybe a bit too old at 42 but the moves are broken down /explained really well i felt like i learned loads in just one seesion ,really good/friendly atmosphere in the gym and great coaching .will definately be back :)
