Fantastic experience: I've went to see George for tension in my neck and shoulders this winter and I am delighted with the improvements we have made. He has a thorough approach and the work he did on my shoulder was effective and provided me with great relief. George has helped me to understand ways that I can manage it and provided helpful suggestions for rehab. I will be booking back in and would not hesitate to recommend him for massage or sports injury management.

Fantastic experience: George is professional, knowledgeable and is no doubt fantastic at what he does. I have been undergoing soft tissue (sports) massage with George for the past 2 years, following an ACL injury, and the work George has done has greatly aided in my recovery but also my knowledge of my body! He’s also fun to work with and really cares about his clients’ development. His expertise with physio and medical issues mean he is also very good in helping injury recovery and finding PT plans that work in those situations. Highly reccomeneded!

Fantastic experience: As a hairdresser and standing for long periods of time , I need a firm massage that releases all my tight spots and George delivers this, it’s more than a massage, my body is brought back into balance by the end of the session. Fantastic experience: George is absolutely amazing and has helped me enormously with my lower back pain (herniated L5 disc). We started off with loosening the problematic area with targeted massage and movement work. Now we doing PT sessions, focusing on core strength to support the problem area and it’s helping immensely. It has been a life changing experience - the pain has gone from a 10 to a 1, within a month.

Fantastic experience: I train in the gym 7 times across 6 days a week to structured programming so recovery and sports treatments are essential. George has been giving me weekly sports massage treatment now for well over a year and is just as much a part of my training as my gym sessions are. George supported my rehab through a shoulder arthroscopy 7 months ago, and works with me on warm up and stretching techniques to prevent injuries also. On top of all that; an absolutely brilliant human who explains what he’s doing, why, and keeps you informed and relaxed. Highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I came to George about my shoulder instability because he was recommended by friends at the gym. He sorted my posture and is helping me strengthen it up again. George is always so professional and friendly, I would highly recommend him! I also train x2 a week 1 on 1 with him. He targets the areas of my body that I have problems with and adapts all exercises to suit me…whilst pushing me to do more. He is very motivational and is always very prepared for our 6.15am training sessions.
