Zalva Studio

My husband and I jointly own and run the Zalva Studio. I offer yoga, Pilates, posture awareness and spinal alignment assessments where you will leave with a bespoke program of exercises. Stewart offers personal training, specialising in strength and conditioning and sports massage. Following on from our own personal successes as International sports people, our aim is to not only train you, but to educate you to understand your body and be able to train yourself in all aspects of your life. No matter where you are starting from, our unique programme design will keep you motivated and empowered to achieve your lifelong goals. Whether it is on a one to one basis, or in a small group, we can cater for all that your mind, body and soul desires
