Positive experience: OK place with an astro pitch

Fantastic experience: A nice local sports centre. I usually visit on Sundays for my karate class. The gym is usually quiet. There are yoga classes. The sports hall has badminton nets outs most days. The AstroTurf football pitches are busy on Sundays.

Negative experience: Not enough hight for badminton and cannot see shuttlecock when it's up because of the top lights.

Fantastic experience: A really great gym with lovely staff!

Positive experience: Decent parking, and OK for light workload. Though equipment is dated and busy with youngsters.

Positive experience: Decent gym and hall. The gym gets packed at certain times, for a larger gym this would be no issue, but for how small it is quite a pain. And has a very dirty main hall floor which covers your feet when play sports and ruins your shoes grip. But very friendly staff and great food!

Positive experience: The leisure centre is a reasonable size for a school gym with some good equipment and the staff being the highlight of this whole thing as they are very polite and understanding. Unfortunately the astro turf is not the greatest and feels outdated with the new 4g and 5g style astro turfs on offer around the area.

Positive experience: The badminton courts are small compared to Braywick but it is neatly maintained. It is located in the Furze Platt school. Also has a small gym and studios

Fantastic experience: Good selection of aerobic machines, resistance machines and fee weights. Lots of natural light for a gym, makes it feel a nice place to work out.

Positive experience: Decent spread of equipment seldom too busy. Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Good small gym with clean and functional equipment. If it had another squat rack and heavier dumbells it would be complete, but can appreciate it's only a small gym. Would reccomend.

Negative experience: I have gave my month notice and I got a letter saying I own £68 and they taking me to court stay clear form this gym.

Negative experience: I was advised to not sign up by several colleagues due to their experiences. None the less I thought I'd try it out and it was ridiculously busy, expensive for what is available & also terrible opening times. poor communication when cancelling. Would not recommend

Negative experience: I don't normally post negative reviews and I really like the gym itself, however I've had a poor experience with the staff (not) resolving some payment issues I've had. I was getting charged for the membership twice for several months. As soon as I noticed they cancelled it, but I haven't been able to get a refund, despite emailing them back and forth. They eventually stopped responding completely...

Fantastic experience: Excellent walking netball

Fantastic experience: Everything you need from a gym. Good functional fitness area with lots of space (important) but also a range of strength and cardio machines. Haven't attended any of the classes but they seem high energy and well attended.

Positive experience: Has all the right equipment for a good work out

Positive experience: The gym is very small but doesn't feel crowded, the weights area leaves a lot to be desired as it has only 2 squat racks and cry little else. The gym does have some different prices of equipment though such as a trolley to push and pull along a track.

Fantastic experience: It is a very good gym with a variety of machines and weights.

Positive experience: Great community gym with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Courteous gym members, v clean gym with all new equipment. The changing room facilities are v basic, hence the 4 stars. Upgrade these and it would be perfection.

Negative experience: Sports hall and changing room are always dirty and dusty... It's shame they rent it in this conditions.
