Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed Sarah's classes following both of my pregnancies and plan to continue when I return to work. They are adapted to suit ability but still challenging enough. The timing and online format has helped me to show up and stay consistent in regaining strength and fitness from the comfort of my own home while baby sleeps or plays. It's also nice to have a little chat before and after! I would definitely recommend Sarah's classes to other mums starting on their own postnatal journey and beyond!
Fantastic experience: I used Sarah Parker Fitness throughout my pregnancy, I really enjoyed it and I have no doubt it really helped me have the great experience that I did. The classes are really accessible, for all levels and I would and have recommended to all mums to be!
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Sarah's online pregnancy classes for any pregnant ladies. I'm a first time mum and started Sarah's classes at around 20 weeks. The classes were a great way to relax and keep the body stretched and active. Sarah has an in-depth knowledge of the pregnancy journey and techniques/advice to cope with standards pregnancy issues such as back pain, pelvic floor. It was great to chat to Sarah and other class attendees. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at around 28 weeks and Sarah was a great source of support in terms of knowledge of the condition (diet, suggestions for ways to manage glucose level, suggested reading) and also moral support before and after each class. I ended up having a cesearan section but the breathing exercises really helped in the lead up to surgery (I have a needlephobia and general aversion to hospital setting) and also post C-section recovery in getting in/out of bed, and up/down from seated position. The pelvic floor exercises have also been helpful in the postnatal period. I will be signing up to Sarah's postnatal classes once I have fully recovered. Do not hesitate to sign up, it really is worth the time, money and effort to prepare your body to better cope with pregnancy and labour. No prior experience needed. There is also a one week trial which you can take advantage of to see if you enjoy the classes.
Fantastic experience: Sarah's pregnancy pilates classes have been a godsend throughout my pregnancy. She is the reason I could still put my own shoes on and touch the floor until the final days before labour. She provides easy instruction online and can modify anything where needed. Thanks Sarah.
Fantastic experience: I did pregnancy pilates and fitness with Sarah via Zoom all through my pregnancy. As an older mamma, I wanted to give my body a helping hand to cope with pregnancy and birth. The classes kept me strong, positive and lots of little physical niggles at bay. After each class, I had a real spring in my step despite my growing bump. It was also a much needed link to other pregnant mums during lockdown 2. I restarted classes with Sarah when my little one was 3 months and tried to do as many live postnatal pilates sessions as I could, later graduating to post natal fitness. When I couldn't manage the live sessions I did the recorded ones which was really helpful. I felt safe and positive in the knowledge that I was helping my body repair after c section. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge and took time to chat with us and answer questions. I cannot recommend these courses highly enough. Sorry for the delay in reviewing. Mum life. Maria xxx

Fantastic experience: I’ve been doing Sarah’s live online classes (Fitness Circuit and Bums & Tums) for the last 2 years, and my husband recently told me I’m more toned now than when we met 15 years ago! My weight hasn’t altered and I no longer cycle since working from home, so it’s all down to Sarah! I can fit in more online classes than I used to be able to make it to face to face ones, and if I ever have to skip a class I can catch up with those available on the website. Sarah is really friendly and knowledgeable about fitness - I love the fact that she provides different levels of difficulty for exercises. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Sarah's pregnancy Pilates classes. I took these up on the recommendation of a neighbour and during COVID, so they were online, I was towards the end of my 2nd trimester. I was not disappointed. The classes were easy to follow and Sarah was lovely making adaptions to meet differing physicals needs of pregnant women. I also enjoyed the bit of social time Sarah left at the end for us mums to be to chat. I actually think I did more classes a week with it being online and it was great there was 3 to choose from. I'm planning to continue with the postnatal classes when my body is ready.

Fantastic experience: I love Sarah’s classes and would recommend them to anyone. They have a warm and friendly atmosphere and allow you to go at your own pace. I particularly like Sarah’s Postnatal Fitness class, my daughter feels really at home there and I can have a good workout. Small class sizes mean Sarah can give individual help not just with the exercises but soothing babies too when needed! Sarah’s expertise has really helped me learn about my body and the correct way to exercise safely and effectively. I can honestly say I feel happier with my body now than I did before having a baby thanks to Sarah’s classes.
