We are not a Gym, We are community based Fitness Studio, that over the years has created an amazing fitness family and forever friendships. From the moment you walk through our doors, you will immediatly feel comfortable and relaxed. No mater your Age, Shape, Size, Gender or Fitness ability, we will have a class suilable for you. Our youngest member is 16 and our oldest is 83
Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

Fantastic experience: A superb little studio. Lots of wide and varied classes suitable for all ages from teen to 80+. I'm 78. Nicola is such an inspiration to all. Give it a go
