Fantastic experience: I saw the advert for this when driving to work and called Simon. After speaking with him, he seemed very informative and knowledgeable in how he could help me reach my goals. I booked a block of 10 sessions with him of which I'm half way through. I've seen weight loss and muscle gains already and can't wait to train with him again. I never thought keeping fit and ripped would be so much fun !!

Fantastic experience: Had my consultation and over my first 5 sessions have noticed already a marked improvement in my condition as well as body fat %. The training is top drawer as is the nutritional advice which is equally important. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone of any fitness level looking to better themselves

Fantastic experience: When I was last in the UK I attended three FiiT fitness club sessions as I was training hard to lose some weight before a wedding I was attending. I was astonished by the amount of calories I burnt and energy I expended. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone that wants to get fit, lose weight or tone up.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend more highly. The team are incredibly passionate about ensuring clients reach their goals. They are incredibly knowledgeable not only in training methods but also health and nutrition. Taking time to sit down and work out a plan that works for each individual. Not only this there is a variety of classes alongside the option for 1 on 1 sessions. It doesn't matter what your fitness goals are, this is the place to achieve them.
